After significant research, we sourced a pre market vacant block of land in an established growing area just minutes to the university, multiple hospitals and the beach, as well as being located in a highly regarded public school catchment zone.
Before finalizing the land purchase, we negotiated a due diligence period to ensure a new build on that particular block would be feasible. Once we were satisfied with our findings, we completed the land purchase, and project managed the build all the way through to appointing a property management service. The result was better than anticipated.
