Rebecca Sims
With a career in property that began in 2001, Rebecca brings over two decades of expertise across every major corner of the real estate world. She started in the property development industry, and from there built a successful property management portfolio, before growing a thriving project marketing company.
Buying her first property at the age of 23, Rebecca quickly discovered how challenging the process could be for buyers, especially those who were time poor like herself, juggling work and the complexities of the property market. After a lengthy search 2 years later, Rebecca sourced her next property in a tightly held suburb, skillfully negotiating a successful purchase above 5 other buyers.
After years immerserd in the property industry, Rebecca saw the opportunity to create a service that would support the buying process and protect buyers best interest at every stage.
In 2012, Rebecca met her partner, Dean Alchin, a licensed builder in both QLD and NSW. Together, they combined their skills and passion to aquire, renovate, and develop property — not just for clients, but as part of their personal property journey.
Their shared experience and love for real estate naturally evolved into the launch of their buyers agency in 2019. Since then, Rebecca has helped countless clients find and secure the right property — from first homes and dream homes to high-performing investment properties — with a strong focus on integrity, diligence, and personalized strategy.
Dean Alchin
Dean Alchin is a fully licensed builder with a sharp eye for quality construction, potential risks, and renovation opportunities. His 25+ years experience in the building industry adds a significant edge to the buyers agency service, offering clients insider building knowledge that most agencies simply can’t provide.
Whether it’s assessing a property's structural integrity, estimating renovation costs, or identifying value-add opportunities, Dean ensures our clients make informed, confident decisions. His involvement gives clients peace of mind — knowing a licensed professional has reviewed the property through a builder’s lens.
