The Brief

Being time poor Medical Professionals with a growing family, our clients were keen to make a career move from Brisbane to the Gold Coast, and they knew they needed professional help in securing their family home.  With a love for character style, their brief meant we needed to source in specific areas, whilst being in close proximity to the hospital. 

The Outcome

We found a property on market, that was exactly our clients taste and style. Naturally, the beauty of this home attracted several other interested parties, so we needed to act strategically in order to secure this home for our clients. Our approach meant that we snapped it up prior to Auction, so that our clients could call it their own.
