The Brief

Our interstate clients dreamt of a beach side holiday home to make life long memories with their young family of 5. They were open to location on the Gold Coast, however “walk to the beach” was a must. We presented 3 beachside options across 3 different locations along the Coast, taking their family dynamics into clear consideration. Each property gave our client a different insight into how it would feel to holiday across various locations on the Gold Coast. This exercise ultimately helped them make their final decision.
