The Brief

Time poor medical professional often working nightly hours, was needing to relocate to the Gold Coast for work at the GCUH. Our client had a tight budget to work with and required a set and forget style of home, which he could easily convert into a long standing investment property in the future. 

The Outcome

The particular property was well presented, and we were able to secure it well under budget. This meant we could carry out improvements to level up the property, which allowed our client to move into a newly renovated home prior to starting his new role at the GCUH. Our team project managed the improvements before our client moved in, allowing our client to focus on work & study before making his big move.
